Bukit Jalil condo also renting around 1.5K... What do you expect.... There are tons of property for rent now.. Go figure out.

Very unlikely Citibank/ocbc/hsbc will setup here.. Their branch license not easy to apply and they won't setup here for sure... Look @ SS2 Mall.. they are also facing problem... nowsday rakyat spending also going downward and yet, so many Malls coming up... I really wonder how many can really survive...
