If you look carefully at its layout,it's just a bunch of shops hyped up. No proper concept except make a fast buck. The mall also so small,how can the place take off?

Compare the piazza to the shop lots,it's v small. So unless d mall is below the shop lots then this piazza is small.

In fact,with this plan it looks like clusters of shophouses with a mini mall.

So most likely something like phileo damansara with a piazza,not a shopping complex. They developer v pandai to use the term mall,Kasi orang keliru saja.

If its confirm a IOI boulevard concept,then there won't be a jusco right? And it won't be like Empire Subang! Too much of false hope and misrepresentation earlier,just want to clear the air.

FYI,I have been to their single storey sales office.
