This Bizz Hotel seems to be doing well here at The Wharf. At their ground level, they have a Bakery cum Cafe.

Also, more and more of Day Care and Art, Music Schools have set up at the Biz Walk area. This is a positive sign as the growth of family-type residents in Wharf and nearby taman also.

Cheap enough lelong unit? If this is corner unit, then all rooms, balcony, even yard will have good outside view.

Incorrect view.
Other costs involve total up is certainly higher than the 3% agent fees/commission if you sell via normal subsale method.

Example even if the above unit sold at 324k, owner will receive the nett amount after minus:
- Legal cost
- Auctioneer cost to list/promote and conduct the auction
This itself is more than 5% of the selling price.

Plus the usual outstanding will also be deducted from the amount
- XX months installment not paid to bank
- All outstanding amount not paid (maintenance fees, assessment tax, etc)
