Those who are staying at The Wharf, what do you guys think about this condo? how's the environment and security? Is there a lot of black? Currently looking for unit around puchong for self stay.

Which condo no issue 1? Because of complaints or issue selling below cost?
Cannot tahan the installment edy so hv to sell before banker take action. Some ppl form a group to buy few property to goreng 1, now market like this, hv to do something lor. If 3 properties in hand, installment could be rm9k per month, susah mah...

May I know this land title is residential or commercial? Some page wrote residential some wrote commercial.

Commercial

Water bill is commercial rate and come together with maintenance fee. But electricity is residential rate

This project was promoted by a famous guru. now price alrd dropping a lot with many PH staying here which is normal in puchong.

Good luck to those still buying as the situation will get worse!

a total of 3 lifts (1 is the service lift - guess it's mostly for the garbage) servicing 14 units per floor.
and the lifts are... compact. it's even smaller than the ones in midvalley!

finally...what's with the entrance? the fences at the entrance after you have registered at the guardhouse... well, they resembled more like a prison facility.

just my 2 cents.

Ignorant person. My friend is one of d sabahans who purchased this n asked me to help find agent for a good trnant which he then struggled to find. He is alrd losing money on this investment.

Looks like your sabahan friend lack of good eyesight, foresight and common sense as what mentioned by @HarpArtist. I really agree with what he wrote that property investment is not for everyone

Pity him for losing money which also prove that not everyone will make profit in property
