was there on saturday to check out 2 units... 1 at tower 28, the other at tower 18.
both high floor. loved the layouts. loved the idea of having an external storage room outside the unit.
love the view of the lake, the wind, the ceiling. love the spacious car park (unlike the one i encountered @ desa green in taman desa, which had a very tight entrance turn for each parkiing floor).
but concerned about the land in between the lake and the towers.
both agents told me the land is reserved for the mall, which might begin construction in 3-4 years time.
so if i am going to get the unit facing the lake, i am going have a pretty hard time coping with the construction sight and noise when it finally begins. that's discouraging.
another thing about the 'africans'... i hate to say this, but they are still there. a lot of them.
they are the first thing i noticed when i arrived at the entrance.
the agents even admitted that they occupied 30%-40% of the units here.
another thing that worries me is the number and size of the lifts.
a total of 3 lifts (1 is the service lift - guess it's mostly for the garbage) servicing 14 units per floor.
and the lifts are... compact. it's even smaller than the ones in midvalley!
finally...what's with the entrance? the fences at the entrance after you have registered at the guardhouse... well, they resembled more like a prison facility.
just my 2 cents.
3-40% ph... owners rent to them? So fast?
