I currently using VIP xunlei.. not bad since it also serves as a torrrent server. I only use one of the features which is DDL. Currently I am VIP4 with 15GB storage

this is cheaper solution compared to local VPN.. RMB10 per month only.. hehe

cant buy vip 4...

u need to start as vip 1, as time passes, you will grow to vip 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

DDL is fast for me.. 200KBps max.. average 130KBps..

most of the time can get at least 100kb with 1Mbps package, unless network issue la.. xunlei sometimes down.. tm sometimes slow

erm.. for me, i use xunlei VIP not for bt, but for DDL.

It serves like torrentflux server, where i upload torrent file to their server, their server download the files I want, then I download the files from xunlei server by DDL.

so basically when tm throttle bt, it will not affect me, unless
1. tm throttle avi, mp4, wmv, etc.. extension file
2. when international cable link to china is slow.. (many experience slow connection to china server, yes i do, as well. however, for accesssing xunlei server, the speed is quite fast and stable)

hard to buy directly coz xunlei currently not support credit card payment. hwever, u might go to some external website to buy, for me i go cn-usa.com to buy xunlei point and use the point to buy vip account..
