I tried the Xunlei DDL (for VIP account) this morning, speed not bad.........

at this moment TM wont be able cap DDL since it may Http or FTP, but you need to pay for the DDL services. RM30 for 5 month or RM60 for a year

No need go foreign country to buy it, some Malaysia forumer are selling
