Observer X thinks A definitely got reason until resort to beatup B, and B "possibly" deserves it. This means X also likes to resort to violence when he thinks "Suitable". Lame reason to use fist and kicks. shoud've gone to live among the animals.

Observer Y thinks no matter what, A shouldn't beat up B. The worst thing B done would be act rude/cocky but then again, a civilised human shouldnt beat up others.

IF the uncle really did act rude/cocky but not resort to physical intimidation, then the other party should also use the same (verbally) to solve the problem. Unlike animals who have no capacity to be civilised.
