This ah pek not an angel. This is not his first time. He is known to be very rude and fussy in OUG. My mom has witnessed herself few times him fighting with other shop owners at OUG market. Then again, i dont believe in violence and no matter what, Steven shouldnt have injured him. Shame on both of them for not resolving the issue peacefully.
