[WTA] Distributor for HTC Hero, S-link? is that official distributor?

Hi there, Im new to htc and i wanna ask you guy's opinion. There's one dealer says his htc phone is provided by S-link but not the usual SIS, is S-link the authorised distributor for HTC?
