i don't mind to pay another rm5 for that.. it's better to confirm again with your agent, as I'm sure it's not rm35.

as i mentioned previously.. TS should do something...
I dealt two times, and what I found out.

1. Use the slowest method to deliver the stuff (they should think to use poslaju or any equivalent service 1 day arrival)
2. If you pay today, doesn't mean TS will send the item today/tomorrow, just wait until enough person, then call their agent to collect.
3. Packaging method totally unexpected. should protect the good with box.

human doesn't care (sometimes) as long the goods is cheap
