Hey, I just texted you a few minutes ago. Anyway, what's the total for ON 100% whey (Double Rich Chocolate) including postage? And is ON 100% suitable for intakes throughout the day (breakfast, pre-workout, post-workout etc)?

Just met this seller just now. Friendly dude and a great seller. He was apologizing even though he was right on time. Anyway, I got the 100% whey from this dude and I gotta say it tastes pretty good. Can't wait to see the results.

Hey, after taking the protein, my lips get dry and cracks really easily. Any solution to avoid this?

Yeah, I'm guessing its cause the protein increases our body heat right? So I must increase the water intake as well. On the other hand, it could also be because I increased my workout regime.
