anyone can give me any workout routine
i got 5 day to work out everyweeks... so i will rest for friday and saturday
but i dont know what to do... because i only have limited source of equipment... i only got dumb bell 10kgx2 and skipping rope
so what i wan to ask u is what should i do in these workout and how many reps...and how much should rest for every reps
Sunday:Biceps and Triceps
Monday:Cardio and abs
Tuesday:Back
Wenesday:cardio and shoulder
Thursday:chest
