QUOTE(SleeplessEyes @ Aug 6 2010, 12:19 AM) Actually I am a Honda fan, but Swift is not a bad car too, although the interior is rather dull. But If u want spirited driving, best go for Swift, gives better performance than VTEC IMO. But if u want for smoothness, spacious and don't really mind the performance, go for City. i think i want spirited driving, because my gen2 is under power. make me always sleepy. comfort? swift is more comfort that my car. i think..

QUOTE(imperialrealcs @ Aug 6 2010, 12:45 AM) because city is so small, the rear seat can nicely fit 2 teenage/adult and 1 small kids only.. then the front seat also cramp with limited leg space.. vios even worst there was once i drove my city vtec with 5 adults go up genting.. struggling like hell, but not the car, is the passenger gen2 1.6 auto i got no comment as i never drove any of those.. so far all the campro i tried is a manual one including iafm and the cps.. btw, under power compared to what? audi tt? maserati? u know some ppl memang anti local one no matter how great the thing is.. if u give them a vvti engine in gen2 shell and let them test drive without them knowing, u probablt get "under power" as answer also oh.. u are city owner..thats y you know ,haha maybe auto gen2 more suck than manual... when go to genting, all car at my back potong my car. btw any swift owner here? QUOTE(Shawnzz @ Aug 6 2010, 03:52 AM) if you are single. definitely a swift. Much more power than a city even tho the city has vtec and the swift has the 4speed gear box. Its still better than the slow cvt gearbox. Most important, swift got platform to mod. Can change to swift sport manual box if you get tired of your auto. City, err...keep it for your mother to drive la. Don't say like that la, on the road got many city driver ma, that mean they all buy for mother ?

Added on August 6, 2010, 10:50 pmQUOTE(quackpack @ Aug 6 2010, 07:47 PM) 1.5 Swift Driver here, Remember don't get first batch CKD swift around 2007,as they tried to cut cost by using alot more local parts, end up issue with steering rack. Normal service without include engine oil around RM80(Labour + service replacement parts) that mean i need to buy before 2007 model?? QUOTE(RattleSnaKe @ Aug 6 2010, 11:02 PM) I am too young to drive, but the car that i ususally ride in is a early 2008 Swift 1.5 pre-facelift (lights and bumper are different), meaning that it looks like the imported model but is CKD. I am a car nut (and a computer geek, thats why i joined LYN) and I am quite informative about cars. My Swift has some rattles here and there and the rear legroom is just acceptable (I am nearly 6 ft tall). It will be the car that i will drive when I get a license in few months. I like it though. post your swift photo let me see
