Starting an Online Business, Do i need a license?

Agree that it is better to open a company. However, if you are just starting and have no volume of sales yet, just start by using your own name first. You can always open a company when there are many sales. The hassle of opening a company is the accounting and taxation part. but do you have a market group? if not, just setup a mudah,lelong, or blog to test market. then if business if good, why not register to make it look more professional..

Better practise now by keeping all receipts, invoices and other documents.
I heard that authorities are hunting down those who sell online without a proper company registration, not sure how serious they are on this.
