This T-T. Already made phone call verification 0951-088-990.
I think it will be solved soon enough as according to their website forum. They are randomly picking players to investigate the account. =.=. I guess I'm the unlucky one and it does say that accout that is blocked(mine) will be unblocked within 3 days O.O.

Lol, I understood their language im a chinese myself and I solved the problem yesterday by calling to their customer service as I can't wait for friggin 3 days. They just ask you what's the problem and yopu answer it then they will inquire quite a number of private question regarding the server as well as the game account and verification of personal data. After, that everything are solved and my account is unlocked as soon as I ended the call.

Regarding the phone call verification is just part of it anyway. If as you stated then it leads me to believe that customer service call is mandatory.

If your message above is inclining towards the customer service call, I suggest finding a Chinese friend or whoever understood basic Chinese that you can trust and you are ready to unblock your character. I'm level 23 as of yesterday 5th day in dragon nest =.=. Dammn the ftg.
