try reinstall from sctrach and update then put only UI pack. Got 2 file u must add and chat filter also still work so total 3 file. This problem also happen to one of my friend and it really work.

Actually in pvp enviroment, i think no need take - cd emblem. take damage instead. Because big skill u must use at critical time. So u not just shoot it when the cd finish. I prefer more to power for all big skill like ulti. Now too much skill so dont need -cd, more for damage. And for A emblem mostly they gv -mp or damage. B emblem got -cd

sometime got this problem when ur connection to DN server lagging. try run as Admistration or reinstall back the client

use lagless proxy. i got good connection using that proxy. got 1 day trial .
