I just need to get the mini sata to sata converter rite? Do I need to use the RM 150 1.8" to 2.5" converter sold by the seller?

I assume you are referring to the one I'm selling which converts X18-M -> 2.5" HDD. It really depends, if you are using on notebook, then this is definitely recommended but if you are using it on Desktop then no point getting this as it is much more expensive than the common converter.

To be honest to everyone, the RM150 converter do have some compatibility with certain notebooks. It is still recommended to use the following converter which having 100% compatibility record (at least tested by more than 25++ customers without any complaints).

I have a similar converter which bought it from eBay (China) but its still not as reliable as Tableau TDA3-1...

Hope to give you some advise about the converter....

I've currently bulk purchased a branded converter just to make sure there's no complains for my future customers...

Should have extra units... if you are interested.. you can let me know..
