I found the root cause of the SSD and adapter problem.

1) adapter detect the SSD for 1st time before intialize
2) adapter detect the SSD after intialized and formatted, copy files all ok
3) adapter failed to detect the SSD the 2nd time plug in to SATA or USB external.
4) The adapter failed to ocnvert voltage. SSD still ok. (tested with Caddy 2.5 converter).

Summary,

Cap ayam adapter doesnt convert voltage to 3.3v instead to 5v. Some said it will affect the SSD, no, SSD are durable, tested with correct adapter and it works.
