I am currently building a rig for working and some gaming.

I wish to know whether 80GB SSD Intel had the enough juice for all these softwares:

Necessary Software
Windows 7 Home Premium ~ 30GB ? Not sure
Microsoft Office Professional + Project + Visio ~ 1.5 GB
NI LabVIEW 2011 ~ 2GB
Solidworks 2011 ~ 4GB
PTC ProE v5 ~ 5GB
AutoCAD 2011 ~ 5GB
Other misc. apps ~ 10GB
For the software above, already used up 57.5GB, make it 60GB

Left around 20GB, is it enough for gaming apps such as:
Call of Duty
Red Alert 3
Starcraft 2
Battlefield 3
Diablo 3
Some other game with the same genre as above ?

All the pictures, documents, video, music is in HDD. Also wish to ask, what is the current market price for Intel SSD 80GB and 120GB ? is there any other brand that are recommended ?
