QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Aug 8 2010, 01:24 PM) - antiglare screen protector if u cannot stand the glare the mbp originally comes with 1 yr ACPP rite?- palmrest protector if u wear metal watch / sweat a lot. try moshi palmguard - keyboard protector is a must if u eat/smoke in front of ur mbp. silicone types attract dust n too 'smooth' to type, can try moshi clearguard - invisible shield / speck casing to protect against scratches - a good, padded laptop bag - kensington lock, make sure it's easy to use n carry. else u wont use it - not an accessory, but i'll recommend anyway: applecare protection plan Can i buy more when the 1 yr is up? Sorry, am not so sure about the warranty thingie.. |

QUOTE(nimrod323 @ Aug 8 2010, 03:58 PM) get a keyboard protector taht has ventilation holes, for me a keyboard protector is a no no, cause the keyboard is where the heat dispenses, if you cover it up then your machine will overheat. what do you recommend? any brand?Added on August 8, 2010, 6:18 pm QUOTE(yeahs4.1 @ Aug 8 2010, 05:37 PM) i'd prefer to say ACPP is a must erm... does the moshi palmguard comes with the trackguard? or it's 2 different things?oh, may i add Moshi Trackguard(for your track pad). maybe it's just me, but i found out that if my fingers are not completely dry or just slightly moistened, i could not glide/swipe or perform those gesture smoothly. the glass is too smooth so i bought Moshi Trackpad, which is like a matte kinda surface. it works very well to me. the only complaint is that, it reduces the sensitivity a lil', but i'm a happy man This post has been edited by miaka_tama: Aug 8 2010, 06:18 PM |

Hi guys, I'm curious..
SG Online Apple Store has this promotion where you get an Ipod Touch for a Mac purchased... Is it applicable to us? Could we order from that store and deliver to MY? Or must we order from MY Online Apple Store only? Thx. |

Hey guys,
Regarding Bootcamp for Mac, can any version of Windows be installed? Example for Windows 7, can both 32bit n 64bit work fine? Or is there a 32bit version actually? Tq! |

QUOTE(Maverick Wil @ Aug 17 2010, 12:02 PM) Try plugging the extended cable directly to the wall socket. Don't use an extension or adapter. kinda not long enuf to plug directly to wall socket..That seemed to work for me. will try that out.. but now on power adapter stil getting the electrostatic intermittently.. sigh sigh.. |

QUOTE(baoz @ Aug 19 2010, 09:46 PM) There's something I need help with my Mac OS. erm F3?I was wondering if it's possible to do a "cover-flow" on all the running applications/windows that I have? Usually I just "x" or minimise them and they go to my dock, then a bit leceh to open one by one everytime. Was hoping I can just swipe the applications like cover flow or sth. |

QUOTE(doctorpopcorn @ Aug 19 2010, 03:12 PM) OK so this is kinda weird. Whenever I type on my MBP, and my arm touches the edge of the aluminum unibody, I get a tiny 'electrical shock'. Like a tingling sensation. A little painful lah. But very minimal. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else and is this normal? i'm getting this a lot!and everytime i use my mbp with power adapter when i run my fingers on the spaces besides the keyboard, edges of the monitor, edges of the cdrom etc it's sorta like something is running through.. current? |

QUOTE(xaw5126 @ Jan 4 2011, 05:39 PM) @miaka_tama that's a firmware upgrade. usually, you just need to tap the power button (~1 second) and your Mac will power up. erm? i dun quite understand.. > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power-on_self...#Macintosh_POST > http://www.hddoctor.net/what-do-the-mac-sy...beep-code-mean/ |
