The senior sales guy in Mac City told me no1 has the 128gb, 11" MacBook Air in stock. Is it true? I was too deeply in love with it oredi after trying it out yesterday n had to take it home even though it's only 64gb.
Also couldn't find any of the accessories like soft case, palm rest, Speck casing n all. Any1 seen them around?

QUOTE(anexus @ Dec 19 2010, 10:54 AM) Hey guys! I found an unused 2006 Macbook Pro at my house and thought that I should try and switch to a Mac to see what it's all about. The reason my dad stopped using it years ago was because there was a problem with the audio. I checked preferences and it seems that no output device is detected, I tried searching for solutions on Google but my problem is: No sound from speakers, headphones, external speakers and I don't have the red light problem. I tried updating the software and installed Snow Leopard but nothing is solving it. The most recent resource I can find on this problem was at least 2 years ago and it was still unsolved then. So I just thought that I could try my luck here because maybe there's a more recent fix that I am unable to find. Any ideas guys? I made a thread in the Technical Support section but was asked to move it here. Try a USB headphone or USB sound card?

QUOTE(soonwai @ Dec 19 2010, 01:59 PM) I bought an 11" 128GB MBA on Nov 18 from Machines, Midvalley. That's a month ago. Didn't you check with shops other than MacCity? For obvious reasons, I'm sure they would tell you that no-one else has stocks if they didn't. Added on December 19, 2010, 2:03 pmThat's nice. The last time I found something Apple in the house it was a PowerBook 145. :-( Hope you get your prob solved. Added on December 19, 2010, 2:10 pmIt'll definitely make it hotter. A case or a skin acts as an insulator. He told me Machines oso currently no stock for the 128gb. Anyway, I was too deeply in love by that time n just had to take 1 home immediately. My old MacBook Air 13" is 80gb anyway, so I'm kinda used to working with a small HDD on my Air. I figured I'll be setting up either a Buffalo or WD online storage anyway n I can then have tons of storage accessible from anywhere, anytime. QUOTE(Mgsrulz @ Dec 24 2010, 01:12 AM) Just installed XP via Boot camp, had to use my OEM disc thankfully it worked! tried out Dead Space, worked great full settings, too (720p) but just played the early part of the game...dunno if it'll lag come middle to end of the game or not now installing Assassin's Creed and Trine as far as i can tell the MBP 13" just nicely meets the lowest spec requirement for Ass Creed,so trying it out to see what happens xD Fuh! Hardcore PC gamer buy Mac oredi but still playing PC game.
