There's something I need help with my Mac OS.

I was wondering if it's possible to do a "cover-flow" on all the running applications/windows that I have?

Usually I just "x" or minimise them and they go to my dock, then a bit leceh to open one by one everytime. Was hoping I can just swipe the applications like cover flow or sth.

Just bought my MBP 15-inch from friendly seller, tabs, yesterday. Last nite I charged it up and now I am using it first. I have been a Windows user for many years and since I bought an iPhone, thought it logical to move to a Mac. Now being a first time user, when I launch Safari, instead of getting a full screen I get a minimised screen. How do I get the full screen?
*
Safari cannot go fullscreen. try use alternative..Google chrome is good( can full screen ).

you mean pirated applications? last time i checked they are still illegal on both windows and mac. As far as Creative Suite(Which contains photoshop.illustrator, dreamweaver and so on) it has be available on the mac for many many years.

OK so this is kinda weird. Whenever I type on my MBP, and my arm touches the edge of the aluminum unibody, I get a tiny 'electrical shock'. Like a tingling sensation. A little painful lah. But very minimal. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else and is this normal?

Normal in Malaysia. Use the extension cable.

System Preferences > Expose & Spaces
Check out those settings and find out what each does. There might be a 3rd party software around that does the "Cover Flow" effect, but I'm not aware of any.

Hey guys, does anyone know if its possible to connect 2 screens to my macbook. Im currently using a 23inch dell lcd as my primary display with the macbook shut (basically like a mac mini). I want to extend to 2 monitors not duplicate the screen. Anyone had experience with this before?
*
i only connect to 1 ext monitor.. i m not sure is there any cable that can output 2 monitor or not..

No need to used fw800 for time machine, the backup only take time for the first time backup, after that no more issue regarding of transfer speed.  I used USB as a time machine backup and fw800 and fw400 as a movie (HD and Bluray) and mp3 storage.
*
when backup big files such as movie.. i think having fw is no harm smile.gif

preferable no, unless u dont mind to spend time go for warranty very soon lor...

i always full charge my macbook, then direct use battery, once battery go to left less than 10 percent, will charge it during i use or switch it off to charge.

since the LED so bright, prefer to use 35-50 percent brightness is more than enough laugh.gif

I just use Expose. I barely ever touch the red and yellow icons on the top left. If I wanna close a window, just Cmd + W or Cmd + Q to quit. But I was wondering if everyone else here uses Expose on a regular basis. Or is there a better way to multitask?
