U can get custom jerseys in terms of U can choose what color & put team names, number, player names etc, but U still have to select from whatever design range a shop has to offer. Not really custom la. Even state teams in Malaysian Super League will go for that option. If U want a completely custom jersey, meaning U want Ur design, color etc, I dunno if any company can do that unless U can offer them big quantity.
Assuming Ur in for the 1st option, the easiest way is to go to Al Ikhsan & select from whatever package they have.. normally for team order minimum is 18 pcs, including for goalkeeper. Of course U can nego la if U want anything more or less. But for budget teams a better option is to go to Pertama Complex or any local sports shop, normally they have those low range jerseys like Eider, Admiral, etc. A few years back I can get Umbro set for RM30 for top & shorts in Pertama but I doubt U can get that price anymore nowadays.
If Ur around Kajang or Bangi area there's a shop near Hentian Kajang, it's a big sports store, U can't miss it.

Pertama complex. Various of designs up for grab. Best if you can design before hand so that the shop keeper can quote the price for you.

Agreed with Pertama complex.
If I'm not mistaken, nowadays some places offer minimum 7 or 8 sets due to the futsal boom.
If you want to customise with team logo/badge/sponsor, you can also find some shops in Pertama that does that. They have emboridery or print type. These shops are not at the sports shops location, but still within the complex. Best way I can describe to get there is to enter from outside where the trophy shop is. There are a few jeans alteration and mat motor shops there as well. Look around the ground floor or the floor above that for the print shops.
(See, I'm not all lame jokes and making fun of Freshie Foo. I can be informative as well)

@bkfeng89
If you are looking into something similar to the LYN Futsal kit, Pertama Complex is the place to go. Source around for cheap kits, they have a lot of brands, designs, etc, so you are really spoilt for choice there. Normally, they may require deposit upfront as they will not have a lot of stock/sizes on hand.
After that, go to Q-Line Sports (also at Pertama Complex) to get your 'sponsor' and name/number done up. You can negotiate on what print, etc, as some prints will be a bit more expensive than the others. Again, if you are buying a few kits, they will do it up for you on the spot, unless you have some really complicated designs on your patch/sponsor, which may require some time to be done up and printed.
Hope the above helps.
To add on Zan81's post: Q-Line is more on transfer-type (sticker) sponsors, patches, etc, as opposed to embroidery. If your kit design is simple enough ala LYN Futsal, you can get pretty much everything done up at Q-Line.
