hi , I have downloaded MFM-CPOI 20121004.exe ... do I need to just copy n paste this into my POI Garmin folder ? or I need to copy n paster into my POI folder and RUN it

What is the difference of POI CUSTOM and POI folder ?
I am guite confuse as you ask me to replace the existing and then keep the older KB |
