You can always remove the toilet bowl and seal off the sewage pipe. However, you will be left with only one toilet, not a good idea. Why don't you just make a glass partition, without a door. One that doesn't divide complete but still protects other parts of the toilet from water splashes. You can also opt for shower curtains.
