What u need to do is :
1) MAKE A REPORT TO MAYBANK AND THEY WILL FREEZE HIS ACC.
2) MAKE A REPORT POLICE

My concept to buy a things in Lowyat is
1) Buy the things that costs below RM400
~ because if u wanna buy the expensive stuff that cost RM400 above, better buy from the retails store.
2) Before confirm to BANK IN, request seller to give a picture of that stuff that contain ur name (write it on a piece of paper)
~ Feel "ragu2x" is good b4 buy something from Internet.
