sorry for repost. Me too normally dont do 1/144, but the RG is just too good to be skipped, especially the RX-78-2 and Zaku II. The assembly is solid enough, not just HG 1/144 30th RX-78-2 with very light in weight.

BTW, just curious.

Is MG Zaku 2.0 do need any colouring to be accurate, i.e. is there any part that need to be coloured to look nice? I read many reviews, and some of it just panel line, looks good enough to me.

Does RG also need colouring, or leave it be and just topcoat it?

I'm finding which one which doesn't need any colouring (either MG MS-06J 2.0 with clear part or RG Zaku), just wanna topcoat it, a bit lazy, n my skill is laughable as well.
