somehow seeing it reminds me of koto's super robot war's plamo... the design's not as radical as 'turn A' but it sure is a departure from the norm.
funny that people express their displeasure about this gundam whereas the acguy bear gets thumbs up everywhere. Both are 'childish' if you ask me. |

auto eject dragoons? Euuu... heck no.
imma being selfish really though... for me gunplas are models, not toys. After finishing them, I hardly play with them... display only. |

i hate oversized and overtly complicated designs. but bandai seems to gravitate towards these
Strike was superb, simple and sleek. Then they decided to have noir, IWSP and a gazillion add on packs Freedom was ok too - plain but elegant. Up until they decided to marry it with the strike. SF has its moments, but was still a tad too 'messy' for my taste. Exia was god's gift to gunpla - lean, bold. mean looking and straight forward... up until 00 and its 1001 add ons came into the picture. Never really watched 00 anime - i find the design of the other gunplas fugly. With the direction the current movie's headed mecha wise, I'd probably never watch that either |

epic phailness. epic crapness. epic not interested. epic waste of plastic.
NOT one of the 00 gundams except for the Exia (i likekii very much), the gundam rx-78 clone (still ok) and the mosquito flag (neat, but wy transformable?) I like. But that's just me. |

I will probably wait till I am like 60 years old before Bandai decides to release an MG Seed Zaku. Damnit. There's like a gazillion colour schemes in there Bandai!!!

Well, i'd take Seed gundams over the current crop of 00 releases anyday. Except for 1st season's Exia, the one without the attachments. Newer 00 also seems to be like Super Robot Wars but no one complain also.
And diss Seed all you want but Seed Zaku's will always be one of my favourites. The problem with Seed imho is that it tried to hard to be the UC of the 21st century and rehashed many of its 'ideas'. And once the complaints started, everyone jumped on the bandwagon. This post has been edited by madmoz: Sep 23 2010, 09:46 PM |

Well, since the unicorn novels are in the midst of getting turned into 60 minute episodes, can we please have the most kickass mecha in the show (imho anyways) the Kshatriya turned into an MG? We've already got the Shinanju and 3 versions of the unicorn
And has the Hi0Nu ever been seen in action in an anime? That would be awesome too. |

eh kena ninja pulak. those badger or sparmax (iirc) that use 'can-ned air' are a waste of money. Cans are expensive, and i believe they run out fast. Use 'anchor brand' spray better lor.
also, I'm not sure about the new models, but my old-ish Mr Hobby AB gun also comes with adaptors for 'can-ned air' so why not get something similar and try it out. If you like AB-ing, then go get a compressor lor. |

This fella is using the 0.2 version. Mine's a 0.3 and it works fine. I remember it being slightly costly though.

once you have tried Ab-ing once, you WILL continue one, so no worries there lor.
the pftt...pftt...pftt... sound of your compressor pumping air is addictive I tell you Let's shift this over to the AB thread b4 everything gets nuked. |

I'd say the beginning gundam or whatever it is called, when painted actually looks quite good.
MG next then? This post has been edited by madmoz: Sep 30 2010, 03:13 PM |
