Like I've said earlier, "Gundam Beast" is a doujin product. The "magazine" above is nothing more than a mockup. I mean, look, if it was a real scan, you'd expect some curves and warped lines in the center of the two-fold instead of looking like a flat picture with a gradient line drawn onto it

This reminds me, I remember reading some hobby Magazine (HobbyJapan or Dengeki, I forgot), some long time ago during the EW-craze, and they featured Epyon customized to a "What if" version if it appears in Endless Waltz. That, and it's transformable into the MA mode too. Too bad I can't find that picture anywhere online now, because it looks awesome for a HG1/100 mod.

It makes sense and moey, really. With 00Q MG out, the leg can now be used for future MG 00 Raiser, with a new upper torso frame.

That said, all bets on the fact that 00Q won't be able to hold the BusterSword/Rifle mode for long before his elbow joints loosens

Wouldn't it be wise to hold out until Bandai release the full weapon version that comes with an actual transformation gimmick? Then there's the Zabanya with extra armanents (and possible 10 rifle bits, lol) and the new Harute with boosters.

Aside from the whites, not really. Ver Ka kits always had an upclose shot of the kit's face. Really now, the only thing that make this kit not a Ver Ka kit are the amount of decals.

You can always check on toyshop websites, like Amiami. So far Raphael, MG Deathscythe and Hi-Nu GPB has reached Malaysian shores.

What he means is that the SD is already made with metallic color, no need paint.

Then he used the Gundam Maker "eraser" to remove some gold color, then repaint with color of choice.

Because it is a repaint of the 1/100 HG. It's just an announcement afterall. Looking forward to see Shenlong's MG claw mechanism Nataku is gonna be even better. That said...what about Tallgeese3? Epyon?

I don't really understand Bandai's way of doing things. They could make clear version of these kits, yet those parts where it should be colored (the transparent parts on guns, the clear katanas on Bushido's mechs) remains clear non-colored?

Well, Macross F kits had problems because the guns are attached between arms, this one had his big crotch hook possibly with some sort of hook to keep it steady.
