My friend also have same problem but they're promise will do it at 5 days working. Subscrip on Tuesday but until now no contact. Contact with Astro and they're said all item already taken by contractor and just wait them call. LOL!

Last Saturday my little bro call Astro for subscrip Beyond and they're said either by today or tomorrow they're will coming.

Sigh...already 4 days after installation but still not active yet....so many times call Astro but no action have been taken...now they're said already been emergency case...damn astro....

Upgrading bro. Last time when suscribe astro just a one day activate. Now after call asto for suscribe beyond, now this happen...whole my family can't watching tv....until at moment still no signal...always at channel 100 and got warning for call technical support.....

If late to pay the bill, astro will calling everyday....but when want to suscribe like this...so WTF astro... vmad.gif

Even the top management also don't want to take action...

Guys, any idea with who must supposed i'm report regarding my Beyond not active yet? Until today...6 days still not activated...i'm upgrading only....
