I don udnerstand wats the meaning
any1 can explain?

Meaning everyone will get the channels irrespective what channels they subscribe to. In this HD case, they need to subscribe to HD SERvice lah.

Astro contractor called that they want come to my house to fix my byond problem and they ask for RM50 for service charge.
I call astro CS and they told that no single charge for byond user. 

Don't know which one a corrrect..

There should not be any charge for B.yond technical visit unless it's your own accessories that is causing teh problems. a good example is one say probably a signal booster. That is considered an accessory...so if gone kaput have to pay for the parts to replace it. But no labour or standard parts charge.

So did the CS said they will scold the contractor and send a proper one?

My decoder was replaced last time without a single sen charge. I quote this from the contractor, "You untung oo ada ini Byond. Kalau ada problem call saja. Tak ada cas punya. "

We have paid RM20 every month to Astro what...+ RM10 more for PVR user... that's why they can't charge us more for Byond "after-sale" services...
If i'm not mistaken, Byond have lifetime warranty, isn't it?

ASTRO WILL HAVE THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES COVERAGE ON CHANNEL 820 FROM 3-14 OCTOBER..

just saw the ad but not sure in SD only or in HD also..

BTW, 2 questions..

1) How good is the the Food Network Asia channel and do we know the channel number?

2) Again..there have been those who have been crying out loud for Discovery HD..but do u realise the programming is not the same as the Discovery SD channel? I dont mind if astro give u Discovery HD now if those who want it are happy with it but it would be so annoying if they just complaining and screaming for Discovery HD then suddenly when they get it and they see its not the same as Discovery SD they come here and rant and complain again..
