i think its really hard to get refund for anything on AA,
even changing date is not pricier than buying a whole new ticket! blush.gif

hi,

thanks for the info,

When Airasiago hotel page states RMxxx includes all taxes and surcharge" does it mean that's net already?

or when i go to the payment page it will add on things like AAG service charge and convenience fee for paying by credit card?

First time trying to book via AAGo - anyone knows will appreciate help n info.

thanks

i think you should just proceed to the last page just before you entering CC info to know the nett price.
i always do that laugh.gif

I think its because of the new "New Fee Schedule" where the prices of services is different according to route.
http://www.airasia.com/my/en/flightinfo/feeschedule.html
However, I'm not yet comparing any route, just check on my regular route.

p/s: Fabulous is not so fabulous after all.

errr ... anyone know either KL Sentral has drop baggage counter. I used to check in early in the morning at KL Sentral for midnight flight when i'm using MAS. just not sure how to do that with airasia.

with a new implementation of limited counter, I hope there's more baggage drop counter since we can web check in 7 days before flight.

My fren told me I can change the flight time within 24hrs of booking. is it true?
*
Of coz it can, just don't expect it to be free of charge.

QUOTE(bb_amethyst @ Nov 15 2010, 04:38 AM)
is there anybody tried mobile checkin?
*
yup. but still need a printer though.
if lcct, no problem; can just flash the QR code on the kiosk.
if the airport doesn't has a check in kiosk, then still need to go to check in counter.
either way, even drop baggage and document verification still need to go to counter hmm.gif

@p2paddict
this problem has been reported from several member too...
before this, we only allowed to web check in 48hours prior to flight,
although the already stated now, may check in 7 days prior to flight,
but i believe they just don't open to check in 7 days,

so, you can try again when the flight days is nearer.

OK, thanks people.

Just curious, what's the queue like for Normal counter check-in ,especially on a Sunday morning? It's not free anymore, right?

Is Kiosk Check in easier/quicker?
*
usually, ticket for sunday is more expensive, maybe its mean something brows.gif

for me, kiosk or web check in is definitely more convenient and quicker,
plus AA will charge people check-in through counter starting NEXT YEAR.

I believe there is problem with AA's website/database.. I have booked 2 flight on early of this month but only 1 show up when I login with my ID to AA's website.. and for my second flight no email no notice send to me.. i even clicked twice re-send itinerary but nothing send but lucky that I still can check it using the Booking No
*
AA database sure got some glitch since their revamp since I had someone else itinerary on my 'manage my booking'. And I didn't even know him/her doh.gif

So the best via mobile check-in..No need to print ourselve and save the precious $$ of printing the boarding pass ourselve (The injet & paper not cheap nowadays..haha)
*
Just bare in mind that not all airport has a check in kiosk. So, its advisable to check first.
LCCT of coz got a lot of kisok, but KK got non.

@maru
you case can consider rare,
usually the penalty for changing the date is more expensive than the ticket price itself (since your tic 1.3K), so everybody will opt to just buy a whole new ticket.

AA got a lot of profit by people who unable to board on the plane that they bought earlier sweat.gif . that's me

hi lyners..

i wrongly book my father ticket from kb to kl (in journey to shenzen by airasia too - boarding time 1650 on 20 march 2011) in this case i bought kb-kl ticket on the same day that my father will fly to shenzen...but the time of my ticket wrongly choose while booking...i had choose 1915..how can i change the scheduled...

forget one more thing...i already make web check in before i realize of the doubling timing...

anyone reply me asap...
*
usually, in the case like this,
there's nothing much to do since you're using AA.
just bought a different ticket from kb to kl, and just forget about your previous ticket.
your effort is not worth even if you successful to change it somehow, which i doubt.

My guess is you not yet register you mastercard for securecode. You may refer to your bank for registration.
