I have 5 passengers in one booking number
2 of the passengers can't make it.

Is it possible to check-in only 3 travellers via Web Check-in ?
Is it possible to get refund for the 2 passengers ?

How long does the refund (Airport Tax) take to be credit into your CC ?

Nobody interested to book Tokyo & Osaka of AAX's promo of RM199 ?
AAX's Baggage and Pick-A-Seat charges are much higher than AA's... why the difference ?
