I bought a nokia 5800 from him. apitrowk
Since i searched his profile and saw that he got several sales thread since last year, i chose postage deal. (He said he from ipoh, i KL)

i cash transfer to his maybank account on Saturday nite 7pm+ (31/7/10), then inform him and send him my postage details via SMS and PM, he no reply.
im thinking he might be busy or what, so i juz ignore it.

today noon (monday, 2/8/10), i tried to call him, few times, but he dint answer my call.
until now, i din get any message from him, call or sms or pm.

i started to worry for this, feel like kena conned..

any forommer deal with him b4? ><

I giving him 1 more day to refund me back, else i will post all his details, including his and his GF photo on every famous website, and report to police ( even i know that couldnt help me anythings, zz)

He said he already transfered from his CIMB bank to my Maybank account..
but he transfer on nite, guess i 2mr only can get it..

price really cheap. I think if he sell around rm450 still can sell it. Keep trying call/sms. if you kena conned, u got his details rite, thru maybank account.

i think u kena already, for this phone, if simply trade in to phone shop, can easily get 350, why he bother to open up a thread a spend time for postage somemore

i asking for apitrowk, she give me back the number that i already have. i think mayb she is his gf or friend, hmm..

normally conman will be like this,b4 deal sms replies damn fast,willingly answer all ur questions thru phone calls also,after bank in when call ask for the item,they'll say busy lah,in class lah,meeting lah,watever shitlah to try n delay cos maybe waiting for other victims to bank in as well so must be extra careful.

Remember this mantra 'If a deal is too good to be true,it usually is'...

the delay on his side ord tells of his intention bro,a serious seller will post the item out ASAP,if not they'll keep u updated on the delivery,nt just keep quiet and not answering calls/smses...

Believe me.. he reply u only after u threaten to make a report. Trust me. Else, he will dont bother to reply u. Just report him. He got university function here yet not let u know about it. True scammer.

I think a person who is genuinely wanting to sell his phone will be as excited getting it sold as much as you purchasing it.

All those about bag got stolen in sentral and all, sounds very unfortunate. However, seems like too much coincidence to happen nearing the point of dealing.

i dont want to speculate anything,just follow ur update.if i were u,i would like phone to be posted.if he lost the phone too,then 100% refund should be ok.no excuse.we shouldnt take other people money just because we are in trouble.no matter fast or slow,should refund.

anyway,serious seller should response/update customer if anything.hmm

slow refund usually means interest free loan...bank n ah long x payah business d lo?

Just lodge report straightaway, if that guy lost his phone, he should lodge another police report too to clarify himself n for good citizenship.
