I think the same old words "constantly scout". Scan the opponent base on the 2nd 50 energy or 3rd 50 energy depends on how unsafe u feel. make sure your scv is moving around the map and poke at opponents front once a while. Getting a reaper might be a good choice too. Early TvT, u need to know whether is early siege tank pressure, blue flame hellion, mass bio,mass drop, harassment banshee (either rush or delayed), mass cloak banshee build or just pure simple 1 rax FE.

Getting an early Viking is a good defensive choice, u can spot siege tank, kill banshee, prevent drops and additional scouting on opponent's base. But I prefer 2rax 1factory opening (early siege tank pressure) and that's usually threaten heavily by mass cloak banshee cheese alot.

2 rax 1 fact via 1 base, unless you can contain him in 1 base (siege bunker) and expand, i think that strat will put you economically very behind as its really resources heavy. (its even heavier than the standard 3 rax play)

exactly, I go for early containment at his natural. Trying to delayed his expansion time as much as possible while I run my natural on my own. Btw I will only go for this build on smaller maps.

Hey I just found out that Ghost is better at countering Broodlord than Viking. 5 sniper round kill a Broodlord instantly in like 2 secs negating armor upgrade etc.

problem: potential seers and brood lords hovering at hard to reach places

have u successfully use ghost to defend against BL? btw, ghost are more immobile, harder to produce and more expensive. I'm thinking to train my ghost skill as well. A good counter against Infestor too

ghost vs zerg..pewpewpew! i think there are too many alternatives which are more cost effective thats why we dont see much ghost play in tvz.

i prefer spectres....

btw anyone has any good AI maps for me to practice against?

ghost are good against hive tech zerg units. both ultra and brood. i watch some streams, qxc basically throws down his ghost academy when he see hive morphing cuz they are generally good late game...but i dun give a flying f. haha, stim imba enuf?

use nuke~ it can kill the swarms of zerg~

u dun need AI map in sc2...
and campaign units are nt in multiplayer due to balance issues...
sc2 is one of the most balanced game out there and defintiely among the top e-sport in the world atm...
