i would say micro, delay his forge advancement, get a forge up...
and get ur 1st cannon up...
chrono first zealot and send to his base...
that zealot will wreck his mineral line while urs hold...
simple as that...
of course provided u dun scout so damn late >.<
always scout around ur base when ur opponent is toss...

this is not practical...
the only possible combo was during beta with sentry's FF but blizzard remove that (cant FF on vortex anymore)

it is possible for some maps as you put it...
other maps, the zerg can jz go into roaches etc...
most zergs now respond to toss's FE by double expanding themselves...

i still do the pylon block at the ramp with 3 cannons though zergs nowadays jz take another natural with the drone outside or nydus their way out >.<
some maps u need good sim city to prevent ling runby but the most common is zerg double expanding...

i think pylon blocking the nat is better than the 3 pylon 1 cannon block at the ramp

without charge, the terran can just kite u...
charge increases the effectiveness of ur zeal a lot (maybe situational in PvP due to FFs) but it is one of the key upgrade imho as it is rarely 'bad' (only time its bad when ur sentry need to catch up and provide GS to them)...
u cant go to late game without it as it good against both bio (though good terrans can kite a bit lol, i kited a group of chargelots 3 rounds around him base b4 using all of my stim) and mech...
besides u still need the council for +2 upgrades...

u rarely wanna break 3 bunkers even with sentries to prevent repairs...
2 bunker is possible, 3 would depend on how big is ur army and how godly is ur FFs...
usually when they have 3 bunkers, u should know that they'll be passive thus free to tech/ expand =p

depends, 4 gate can beat a banshee build if u get the timing rite...
general rule is SCOUT...
based on wut u scouted u can adapt accordingly vs terran...

i would suggest learning from artosis...
he maybe a zerg as main, his toss is generally good and i think he cover some basic in PvT very very well (despite it being about stopping 1 base terran)...

note: u die to 1 base terran even if u are 2 base since their timing window is better than urs
