Sad that I couldn't get my CE even though I pre-ordered it in November last year

I think you misunderstood. I already paid for the deposit to book the CE from your shop last year in November. But when I went to your shop to collect it last night, the guy said the CE stocks were cut short, and that I either
a) get the standard edition for RM 218 or
b) get the refund on my deposit.
I went for standard edition, which he says will be arriving soon
