Does the selling price need to be approved by the authority? Usually, in their advertisement, they will also state the selling price. If they change the price, is that misleading? And changing selling after the property being "sold" is not ethical.

If this is true, then a lot of purchasers may have bought it on the wrong facts.

Visited show house last week. Dissappointed with d quality of the material used and workmanship. If show house workmanship is not good, what do u expect on the actual houses. They are selling at high end prices but built and provide typical lower end terrace house quality
