Those RM988k 3s links is facing a small drain right?.

will they do anything to cover the drain?

land height wise is smd side higher or 3s link higher?

lets break down by phase

2s and 21/2s link, they are fenced up and guarded
3s also fence up and guarded

smd are full gated and guarded, that one no need to argue

when we say so what is the diff of fenced up and gated?

are they using the same material as in mesh wire?

i have visited the show unit, the empty unit and the material used is, al cheapo dissapointing
MS earn margin very high

it is just really sad that, I&P do not know what is the market needs
if Qaseh got GnG should be all sold out, now think still got many units
there is no perfect development
but one think i like about Kinrara Residence is the entrance, hilly entrance, and the fact that it is on a higher terrain

1.9mil to 2.1 mil for investment leasehold investment
Really need to rethink
If recession hit.....to defend a 1.9mil prop vacant house can be hard....
5-6k per month repayment, judging by the material given
My gut feeling mah sing finishing and it's intention to add value to the development is limited

I seen the show house, club house, materials given on the mock units, at 1.9mil-2.1m
I have seen better ones....freehold some more....
