Then be very careful when they ask you to signoff those docs, have u check with your lawyer whether any hidden rules attached?

Totally agree with your friend, Bandar Kinrara come with good FH feng shui and TDU come with bad LH feng shui, that's why Mahajaya JV with Mah Sing to turn the feng shui around. rclxms.gif

Red Coffee: Have u verify yr statement before u post it here, i know sharing is caring but by just passing a statement saying TDU feng shui is bad which will hurt the current owner and potential buyer. Or u have other purpose to scared off those potential buyer so that u can sapu more unit for goreng? hmm.gif

mrkenjiro: Is the sales gallery open to public to view the plan? Did MS allow you to have a copy of the new layout? Can share with us on 2.5 storey also?

Hi tishaban, just to clarify: Is the medium cost apartment sharing the same access road with pahse 2B? From the response of buyer with Mahajaya, it seems like they are alright with the design from MS. Different people different taste.

I think they still want to see public response before finalize the selling price. As tishaban mentioned, around a dozen of non Malaysian started to queue up already.

I would say, impressive design done by Mah Sing compared to Mahajaya. 2.5 storey will be the best among three different layout.

By looking at the expression of most of the potential buyer, i foresee it will be a hot sale for this phase as not many unit left, around 80+ unit taken by mahajaya buyer and some will be taken by MS staff internal purchase. I only see chinese in the sales gallery today.

The MS stafff is damn lansi, guess no worry on their sales maybe.

Sounds scary hearing people queuing up to buy house. As if Mah Sing group is giving out free houses, where actually they are actually selling at a premium price of 700K for a double story LEASEHOLD landed house.
