Red Coffee: Have u verify yr statement before u post it here, i know sharing is caring but by just passing a statement saying TDU feng shui is bad which will hurt the current owner and potential buyer. Or u have other purpose to scared off those potential buyer so that u can sapu more unit for goreng?

Hi tishaban, just to clarify: Is the medium cost apartment sharing the same access road with pahse 2B? From the response of buyer with Mahajaya, it seems like they are alright with the design from MS. Different people different taste.

I think they still want to see public response before finalize the selling price. As tishaban mentioned, around a dozen of non Malaysian started to queue up already.
I would say, impressive design done by Mah Sing compared to Mahajaya. 2.5 storey will be the best among three different layout. |

By looking at the expression of most of the potential buyer, i foresee it will be a hot sale for this phase as not many unit left, around 80+ unit taken by mahajaya buyer and some will be taken by MS staff internal purchase. I only see chinese in the sales gallery today.
The MS stafff is damn lansi, guess no worry on their sales maybe. |
