juz went to the sales office today...

a) 2sty:
- only end lot for 2 sty still availabe....price at RM860k. the land area is bigger than the standard 22 X 75 and TMS fully build the extra land for those end lot...hence, the build up for 2 sty end lot will be bigger.
- however, based on the map...currently available end lot are facing road ie T junction.....i think half of the house is expose to the coming road.....


b) 2 1/2 sty ...

- price RM868K...around 15 +/- units available.......


**** i might go to the actual site this weekend...will update again...here....

the TMS sales ppl called me on sat...

informed me there are release of 2 units of DSTH.....as the previous purchaser couldnt get a loan...

selling price at RM788K....

anyone interested can check it out at sales office......

but i m not sure whether it is still available or not.....

The above time is reasonable, if the interchange fr Taman Puncak Jalil Phase 1 to MEX highway is connnected, then 25 mins is possible. I timed fr Tmn Esplanad Aked to RHB is bout 9 mins 30 sec (in normal speed) only.
The access to MEX is a great relief to those who stay in Putra Permai, property prices are expected to rise another 10%-20% in vicinity area. wink.gif

yeah....from bandar kinrara to klcc via MEX....normal day..ie non peak is 25 - 35 min.....

CNY ....no ppl in town = 20 - 25 min journey.,...

but other than tat...i believe most ppl spend most their time in peak hours.....ie travel to work n back (a 9 - 5 job) we are looking at 45 min - 60 min to reach klcc......

cause i been travelling everyday ...to kl....

anyway.,....traffic in malaysia never reduced even with more highway build.........malaysia boleh!!!

i support LRT / MRT........direct to klcc!!!! from bandar kinrara!!! thumbup.gif

wats ur opinion on the built quality on mah sing project?

juz went to show house today..."AGAIN" with my gf...cause we were thinking to get the 3 sty link house,.....or other place...but stil undecided...

but the built quality of the show house really terrible if to compare to some of the I &P house ie Desiran....after factoring if were to remove all floor tiles....gonna cause some good money....

and last time my gf's relative had some really bad experience in getting mah sing house....ie built quality....

whats your advice?

mah sing 3 sty link? desiran? I & P Qaseh but no show house....wanted to c how the property look like...sorry cause i buying a property worth few hundred thousands so i believe i should deserve to c it before i commit..? or any other suggestion?

or wait til next year...to c hows the property market perform??

agreed on the entrance of desiran....facing a bunch of old terrace...no offence to whoever stay there.....haha...my gf complain bout tat too...

then i look at melody too...juz dun like the lansacaping...the driveway...is so weird.....not even.....and...not properly fence up...

hmm Qaseh....ok....let me look c look c.....

3 sty link in KR has its own problem...i read the forum....some row is a mix of mahsing and the mahajaya....facade...which make its look weired...too

Another big + is still whether Jalil City by Ho Hup will be materialised. This project will enhance accessibility to Bukit Jalil Expressway.

Can someone familiar with rental market there to share some inputs.

if you have to re-assure the market there is no bubble meaning bubble is coming or its oledi there.....

just like a bank ...when the bank have to re-assure the depositors that it is financially sound ...tats mean its bankcrupt soon = lehman brothers , bear sterns,...etc...

but then i maybe wrong also.....u cant time the market....juz buy if you wont be badly affected if property collapse....
