Agree with the deadline thingy. So let's make it next Saturday(19th nov) to be the deadline for giving inputs of any issues, then I will finalize the memo - letting you guys to proofread/double-checking- submit to MS by tuesday(22nd Nov).

I heard they are letting us to pre-sign the s&p, meaning without the terms and conditions/ clauses in the documents. In that case, I would not be signing it until and unless finalization for the s&p is done.what do u think bro?

Guys, the teh tarik session today was quite enjoyable and we went to the Sunway Eastwood to have a look at their offers. Conclusion was that they are using better finishing materials than Kinrara Residence, thus we need to buck up and ask for better deals from Mah Sing, having paid at a higher premium.

we decided to make 30th of November as a deadline to submit the memorandum. Anyone else who is interested in joining us please PM me your FULL details(Full Name, booked unit, contact number, email address). A finalized memo will be sent to you guys by tomorrow. Stay tuned (:

I believe in the SPA it does not state every EXACT finishing materials in it. Thus, for the premium paid, we are scrutinizing MS to ensure they are using materials which are on par with the selling price. Nothing is impossible unless you shut your mind down and subject to everything MahSing is giving out for us. Cheers.

My advice is don't sign the SPA first for semids buyers. We are submitting the memorandum by this week. The more unsigned members we have, the stronger our bargaining power is. For me I am yet to sign the SPA. Let's see how MahSing deal with our memorandum. I have finalized everything and sending out to everyone to proofread then off it will go to mahsing. In the mean time, please persuade more people to join the memorandum. Currently We have more than 30 members in the memorandum!

Guys, to date we still haven't gotten any reply from MahSing Group regarding the Memorandum, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email. I once thought that MahSing is a customer-responsive company. Let's see how are they going to deal with our collective request!
