Let's do bulk purchase then, dunno can get the invitation letter from them or not? Hopefully don't repeat the same again as I&P launch.

Personally, I always treat Bandar Kinrara and Puchong as two separated place. Puchong is way too busy for me, the complexity of the flyovers along LDP made me confuse. While Bandar Kinrara towards Bukit Jalil is straightforward. Again, it depends on individual.

Passed by the site this morning, no progress. But saw the KR signboard along the entrance to Taman Damai Utama. Also, saw the sales office signboard been setup in one of the new shoplot. MS really fast in action, i think the sales will begin very soon.

Total 180 unit of 2 & 2.5 storey for phase 1. No further breakdown on how many unit of DSL.

Those purchased under Mahajaya one should be very happy now as the value of DSL up by RM200K after 4 months. RM700K for DSL can sell meh?

This phase 2B project was previously sell by Mahajaya, price for DSL was RM498,988 and RM598,988 for 2.5 storey. If Mah Sing launch the DSL for RM700K, then those purchased with Mahajaya one untung RRM201,012 liao.

rescuedual: You got me better, by right those purchased under Mahajaya will get the profit as mentioned earlier or higher if the launching price is RM700K.

Maybe RM788K discount RM88K for early bird leh... free club membership for the 1st row facing surau and low cost. Sure kena sapu within hours one.
