kidex + skip, kinrara residence is going to skyrocket in price.

already the 2-storey semi-d selling at rm1.9 mil.

in any case, any developments within bukit jalil/puchong/seri kembangan will soar.

even seri kembangan has been rebranded as puchong south!!!

Since KIDEX and SKIP will be under construction soon probably after KR is completed. Hence KR price may not fully price in good accessibility due to these two highways say mid next year. Assuming we hold KR until completion of these two highways, whilst rent out the properties during the waiting period. Do you think there are good renting market at KR?

Another big + is still whether Jalil City by Ho Hup will be materialised. This project will enhance accessibility to Bukit Jalil Expressway.

Can someone familiar with rental market there to share some inputs.

market cannot fall but maybe a very slight correction because land cost naik, infrastructure cost naik, material cost naik & now labour cost also naik.

developers don't have much margin, hence have to increase price.

kinrara residence is a prime location because i&p failed to sell concept & bandar puteri is a jam-in, jam-out township.

kinrara residence is in a prime location because of skip, kidex & mex.

that's why property gurus ho chin soon & edwin tee have endorsed it by speaking at kinara residence.

keep & stay if you can afford it.

yes registerd address with authority is as such.

but if you leave out kinrara residence, got no more class already.

look at all the new enclave developments got nama mat salleh: 16 Sierra, D'Alpinia, LakeEdge, Alam Sanctuary, The Vale, Kingsley Hills, Royal Ivory, Amber, etc.

hence, all owners can sendiri masuk the word "Kinrara Residence" in all correspondence address.

now all new projects use mat salleh name & address also use mat salleh name address.

taman damai utama is legacy name from mahajaya.

i saw from facebook someone suggetsed & thought it's a good idea to adopt.

of course, officialy it's still taman damai utama but correspondence add can add kinrara residence.

i've also seen people adding Harmony @ Bandar Kinrara!!!

not sure of mahajaya's taman damai utama quality.

very sure of i&p bandar kinrara quality because i'm an owner.

but i give hats-off to mah sing's quality. go have a look at yourself. simply above average but must admit still can improve.

people are all going for g&g. that's why bandar kinrara without the full g&g concept will be a hardsell!!!

please don't refer to ex-mahajaya's units.

you're right, i'm heavily vested with a lot of units because i'm so confident of kr after following them all over klang valley.

this was long predicted before ho chin soon says so.

the southern corridor of klang valley, i.e. bukit jalil - puchong - seri kembangan because of its attractiveness.

even though cyberjaya & putrajaya will be developed, they'll be pulled towards bukit jalil - puchong - seri kembangan where a certain race (i'm not racist) has commercially made it as the business hub, including f&b with non-halal food.

again, i'm not racist but stating a fact that certain race concentration will help boom the property value in the area.
