I thought only those strata title property got DMC? Individual title property also has DMC?

For whatever reason, it has to be binding to ensure that the G&G and the Maintanence of the neighbourhood is in tip top condition. This will further increase the value of the residence here as more will want to move into a safe and modern neighborhood.

hence, mah sing's kinrara residence is considered very affordable.

glomac is sorting out the titles issue now.

yes, it's going to be a mixed development.

price are indicative & may further increase as cost of materials keep rising although demand is slowing down???

If TMS price their bungalow anything below than 2.8 mil, it's a bargain deal!!

UFO agreed with u if the bungalow price <2.8 mil looks good but MS should not compensate with lower grade material.

how to sell bungalow below rm2.8 mil?

glomac planning launch their semi-d at rm2.5 mil.

if that's the case, mah sing's bungalow will be sold out in 5 mins!!!

early bird, 10 units - 2.788,888
2 wks later 30 units - 3,088,888
remaining 30+ units - 3.3 mil - 3.6 mil ...

Need some matter clear on this concept to understand better -
1) All residence have binding contract to pay maintenance
2) Does maintenance include the whole fenced area? ie. all green area , roads n club house (if avail.)
3) How about street lighting? Par of maintenance?
4) How much maintemence fees should each house pay?

So is it similar to condo/apartment that all is covered by owner and hold only a strata title?

confirmed with mah sing, min starting at rm2.8 mil with bumi units. no bumi will be rm2.9 to rm 3 mil.

If developer price reasonable cheap, why would we make noise? quickly and quietly book a unit then (if can afford)
I dun think it is right to ask / hint developer to keep raising the price although we hv booked earlier..developers will do theirs' own survey and act accordingly
TMS price is high enough, let other people has a chance to buy

I managed to talk to the Chief last Sunday, he indicated 2.8mil -2.9 mil, and not 100% confirm.
