So, if u planning to upgrade your current Astro decoder to Astro Byond, then i can help you to proceed with the registration.

All customer that owned or planning to upgrade to a HDTV are welcomed to register!


Noted *For customer that lived in a Condo's or building with centralized dish, get a permission from your management before registered.

The swap process is that our installer will take your current decoder set which is :

1) Decoder

2) Smartcard (the one you want to upgrade *if you owned more than 1 decoder)

3) Remort Control

4) Satellite Dish



And our installer will give you brand new :

1) Decoder

2) Smartcard

3) Remort Control

4) Satellite Dish

5) HDMI Cable

6) Surface Run Cable up to 20 meter free (next each meter will be charged RM1.50/meter *if needed)


What details required during registration ?

1) Full Name of Astro Account Holder

2) Smartcard number (which one customer want to upgrade)

3) Account Number

4) Mykad/Passport/IC number

4) Installation Address
