Its up to you... Most people will definitely opt for the data plan to enable them to online on the go... But doesnt matter even you get your iphone first without a plan as you still can just sign up to digi or maxis later... So if you can get it earlier why not but the supply is kinda scarce now... I would get the phone first then only think about the plan later...
