js asked the iphone supplier today about this casing.
He told me that if your phone got problem, can send the unit to any Maxis Center to test it out, if really signal problem, then they'll let you fill up the form, and will sent to Apple to request for the casing.
I yet to try, but u guys may give a try ^^
