Hey guys. Sorry I might have made a noob mistake but I don't know what it is. I followed the instructions closely and I have successfully created a new account and downloaded the free case app on my iphone. But when I enter the app, it says login again but after entering the password for 1xx number of times it kept saying incorrect ID or password.

Any clues guys?
