i do help people to claim.
but lately the requirement changes. first, u can claim many bumpers as u like with one itunes account (multiple difference iPhones) then, only 1 bumpers/account (can create dummy accounts with SG address) lately, u associate your iTunes account with a credit card (cannot create dummy account) so now a bit hard to claim.
